Some time ago, I made the decision to cancel Sirius for a few reasons. I had planned on coming back at some point if my concerns (revolving around some of the not so popular changes since the merger) were addressed. Since that time I have all but given up on that idea. Canceling Sirius was surprisingly easy (given talk on the Interwebz about it being a bad experience). Since then, however, I have been getting calls daily by them as well as e-mails. Today is the second time I have told them to take me off their list. This is absolutely not how to try to win customers back. Annoyance isn't a very good tactic.

You want me to come back, Sirius? Listen to my damn suggestions and why I left in the first place! How about that!?
