A few week ago we had our yearly camping trip with some close group of friends. It’s a tradition although in past years we would go to the Texas Renaissance Faire. It is fun but seems way too crowded and the quiet camping area there is devoid of trees. So this year we decided to give Colorado Bend State Park a try. Here are some of the color photos I shot, all using Kodak Ektar 100. See if you can spot the one I shot on my Intrepid 4×5.

Alas I had a beautifully missed shot I should have taken with the Intrepid, but it was a highly traffic’d vista and didn’t want to hold people up. The vantage point I opted for wasn’t nearly as good, at least in color.
